Account Deletion

Rooh Sport Football Academy allows users of the Roohsport Player app to request deletion of their login account and associated personal data.

Submit a request through one of these methods:

1. In the app: More > Settings & Privacy > Delete Account.

2. Email roohsport@gmail.com with the subject Roohsport Player account deletion request.

3. Contact the academy on WhatsApp at +966 50 797 3522.

Include the phone number registered with the app. We may send a verification code to that number to confirm account ownership. Never send your password or verification code to a staff member.

After verification, we will revoke active sessions, delete the Supabase authentication account and direct login identifiers, remove or anonymize data collected only to operate the app account, and unlink the login from academy player records. Requests are normally completed within 30 days, subject to a lawful extension where necessary.

Deleting the app account does not automatically cancel an academy subscription or erase records that are independent of the login account. Rekaz customer records, subscriptions, reservations, attendance, schedules, coaching reports, media, invoices, payment records, dispute records, and security records may be retained where needed to provide academy services or comply with contractual or legal obligations. You may also request destruction of eligible academy records, which will be assessed under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund entitlement. See the academy Terms and Conditions for cancellation and refund rules.

After deletion is complete, the login account cannot be restored. A new verified account may be required to use the app again.
