Rooh Sport Football Academy ("the Academy", "we", or "us") respects the privacy of players, parents, and users of roohsport.com and the Roohsport Player mobile app. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we use it, who may process it for us, and your rights under applicable Saudi Arabian laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law.

Data we process

Depending on your use of our services, we may process:

  • Your phone number, authentication account, and login records.

  • Player name, birth date, gender, and parent or guardian relationship.

  • Player profile information, including photo, position, jersey number, preferred foot, height, weight, and notes.

  • Subscription, reservation, attendance, schedule, assessment, report, media, and sports-statistics records.

  • Support requests and communications.

  • Transaction details such as the selected plan, amount, and payment status. We do not store complete payment-card details.

  • Limited technical and security information such as IP address, device type, app version, login times, and diagnostic logs.

We receive data directly from users and guardians, from authorized academy staff and coaches, and from service systems including Rekaz and Supabase.

How we use data

We use personal data to authenticate users, link accounts to player records, provide academy and mobile-app services, manage subscriptions and reservations, communicate important updates, provide support, protect our systems, resolve faults, and comply with contractual, accounting, and legal obligations.

For minors, the parent or legal guardian manages or authorizes the account. We do not sell personal data or use minors' data for behavioral advertising. Photos and promotional media are used only where appropriate guardian permission or another lawful basis exists.

Service providers and international processing

We may share only the data necessary with Rekaz, Supabase, hosting and infrastructure providers, verification-message providers, payment providers, authorized academy personnel, and public authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, we apply the safeguards required by Saudi law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while an account or academy relationship remains active and afterward only as needed for the original purpose or contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

Deleting the app account removes login access and direct authentication identifiers. Independent academy records, including eligible subscription, attendance, reservation, report, invoice, and Rekaz records, may be retained when needed to continue the academy relationship or meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, a copy of it, correction or completion, destruction of data no longer required, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis.
